Honda Civic Diecast Indonesia Grand Launching

October 26th, 2017 became the most historic day for all Honda Civic Diecast Indonesia (HOCIDI) members for the establishment of the club. We are all invited to the event which was held at honey & me cafe from 5 pm to 9 pm.

It is not my first time to edit the photo of my diecast collections, but since my hands were so itchy, I made some changing of my diecast photograph. The location was at my office backyard which had many plants an rocks. In this photograph I added water reflection and changed the leaves color so it looked more attractive. So, what do you think of this?

Nasi Kucing

Nasi kucing is an Indonesian rice dish that originated from Jogjakarta, Semarang, and Surakarta but has since spread. It consists of small portion of rice with toppings, usually sambal (chili), dried fish, and tempe, wrapped in banana leaves.

Magelang Trip 7 Aug 2017

After finishing from Dieng, a few of us continued the trip to Magelang. We stayed at Temanggung for one night and went to Borobudur Temple in the early morning to see the sunrise for the next day.

We got into the temple via Manohara Hotel by paying a ticket for IDR 325K each person. We got a flashlight and a map. Drone was forbidden here. Tickets can be exchanged for snacks and free flow drinks such as coffee or tea. We can also explore all the places in the temple.

Dieng Culture Festival 4-6 Aug 2017

It is a pleasure to be invited by one of my best friends to Dieng Culture Festival. As we know that he rest of the past civilizations in the country over the clouds, packed in a romantic and romantic activity as the charmers of the passers who yearn for the blend of natural beauty, cultural uniqueness, and human hospitality.

Dieng or we call Dieng Plateau is a marshy plateau that forms the floor of a caldera complex on the Dieng Volcanic Complex near Wonosobo, Central Java, Indonesia. Dieng has a wet, subtropical highland climate. In winter there is much less rainfall than in summer. The average annual temperature in Dieng is 14C. About 2652 mm of precipitation falls annually.

My preparation for Dieng is more than usual as the temperature is around 8C to 14C. Some items I carry include:

1. My trusted camera Olympus OM-D E-M5 and mZD 12-40mm F2.8 which has dust, freeze, & drip-proof design.

2. Jacket.

3. Gloves.

4. Beanie.

5. Scarfs.

6. Mountain Boots.

My Preparation for Dieng Culture Festival 2017

One of my best friend asked me to join the trip to Dieng in this early August 2017. There will be several events such as: Lampion Festival, Culinary Festival, Fireworks Festival, Acoustic Music Show, and many ceremonies. Dieng Culture Festival will be held from 4 to 6 August 2017. For you who wants to know more details about this event click here.

For this trip, I will bring along my trusted Olympus OM-D E-M5 attached with the mZD 12-40mm F2.8 and 3 spare batteries. Hopefully it can helps me during the shots. According to my friend's info, the temperature there will be very cold which may vary from 6C to 22C. So we need to bring more extra clothes like: gloves, winter cap, long john, boots, etc. Hope I will be fine there.

Why noodles so delicious? I think almost would love to eat noodles. There are so many types of noodle dishes where I live. The one I post here is the Bakmi Kohon which is located at Jalan Mangga.

Suimien is served in a bowl with soup and everything inside such as: meat ball, pangsit, tahu kok, beans, etc.

Since the store was opened, I finally could buy this phenomenal beverage for my wife and daughter. They were very happy even though the queue is not so long. In my personal opinion, I did not feel any special taste from this beverage which consisting of most mango fruits. I give 4 stars from the total 5 stars, 

My Late Breakfast

Today I had a parents meeting at school and had a late breakfast. After finishing the meeting, we went to noodle shop for having breakfast. The noodle shop was called Bakmi Loncat, located close to Jl. Kepa Duri Mas. Check out my some photographs below.

Indonesia International Motor Show 2017

The Indonesia International Motor Show Event 2017 (IIMS 2017) is happening from 27 April to 7 May 2017 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Some of the famous brands are joining this event. Cars and motorbikes are getting awesome from time to time.

Chinese New Year holiday atmosphere was still here even though tomorrow already started to work as usual. The cool weather and accompanied by light rain. This year is the year of the Rooster and we hope this new year, all were blessed with good health.

I don't have plans to go out of town because there is no enough time. So we just spent time around our city and visited our relatives.
